Gift Certificates​
Please complete the form on the Contact Us page. Put these details in comments section:

The name of your gift recipient (we need this for our records)

The address you want the gift certificate mailed to (please specify if this is yours or the recipient’s address so that we can put the correct name on the outside envelope)

How much you want to spend (you must spend $50 minimum, or if you want to pay full price, you may choose to exceed that with gratuity)

We will send you a pay link for the amount you specified plus $4 to cover the handling cost
Policies
*HSA (health savings account) cards are accepted for an additional charge of $2.00.
Right as Rain Massage DOES NOT accept auto cases or any other insurance claims.
Cancellation Policy:
Right as Rain Massage expects 48 hours of notice for cancellations. A $105 charge will be assessed if the appointment is cancelled within a 24-hour window or for failure to appear for any reason other than acute illness or emergency.
Booking Policy:
Clients must book their own appointments, or they must be paid for in advance if gifted. No refunds for no-shows. Right as Rain does not accept appointment requests from corporate schedulers or for groups. Only one client may be seen at a time as there is only one therapist.
Gift Certificates:
Certificates older than 12 months will be subject to a rate-change fee: the difference in price between what it was sold for and what the price has increased to since the sale if applicable. The recipient will be responsible for this fee at redemption. Amounts that exceed service cost will go toward gratuity. The entire amount of gift card must be surrendered at time of service (no splitting) and no refunds.
