*HSA (health savings account) cards are accepted for an additional charge of $1.25. 

Right as Rain Massage DOES NOT accept auto cases or any other insurance claims.
 

Cancellation Policy:

Right as Rain Massage expects 48 hours of notice for cancellations. The full-service fee will be assessed if the appointment is cancelled within a 24-hour window or for failure to appear for any reason other than acute illness or emergency. 

 

Booking Policy:

Clients must book their own appointments, or they must be paid for in advance if gifted.  No refunds for no-shows.  Right as Rain does not accept appointment requests from corporate schedulers or for groups.  Only one client may be seen at a time as there is only one therapist.

Gift Certificates:
Certificates older than 12 months will be subject to a fee.  This fee will be the difference in price between what it was sold for and what the price has increased to since the sale.  The recipient will be responsible for this fee at redemption.  Gift cards are available for sale online in incremental amounts to make gift-giving easier.  Your recipient will have to pay the balance if the paid amount is less than the service charge. The credit card swipe fee is higher for gift cards and will be charged as $5 extra per card.  For example, if the purchaser pays $55, the value to be redeemed is $50.  Amounts that exceed service cost may go toward gratuity.  The entire amount of gift card must be surrendered at time of service (no splitting).  No refunds.

NOTICE:
Currently there is an industry shortage of massage therapists.  This is causing abnormally long wait times for appointments.  Therefore, Right as Rain has instituted limitations for how many sessions a client can book per month especially during peak times (Saturdays and late afternoons)  in order to accommodate as many people as possible.  Right as Rain reserves the right to implement and revise restrictions at any time and thanks you for your understanding.
